The working principle of vibroflot
The working principle of the vibrator is that the special motor mobilizes the eccentric block within the vibrating body through coupling, generating centrifugal force, and causing horizontal vibration of the whole vibrator.
The vibrator can be applied in the construction of packing vibro pile and compaction vibro pile.
It is applicable for the consolidation of foundations such as gravelly soil, sandy soil, silt soil, cohesive soil, artificial soil and collapsible soil etc., as well as increasing density and resisting liquefaction of various types of liquefiable soil.
After vibration shock process, the stratum can stand a certain degree of dynamic load, and can improve bearing capacity of foundation soil, relative density and liquefaction resistance capacity.
BVEM· A pioneer to optimize construction of vibroflotation method
1. In 1997, the construction of the dam in the second phase of the three gorges project was carried out in the process of 30m deep throwing sand blasting
2. For the first time in 2001, the chimney foundation of the dingzhou power plant of 240m was strengthened by vibro - compaction method
3. In 2005, we developed the first integrated bottom feed vibroflot of China, the vibroflotation method began to treat the soft base of the soil whose Cu(shear strength) is less than 20KPa
4. In 2007, hydraulic vibroflot was used to handle the foundation of the pudu river power station,.This is the first time the treated depth achieved 32.7m in China
5. In 2014, the first YZ125KW hydraulic vibroflot was developed.
